As part of our Allotment topic, Year 5 have been learning about food chains and how these food chains are linked together in a habitat, to create Food webs. Here, Year 5 were trying to re-create a food web which may be present on an allotment, but they also had to consider what might happen within that food web when/if a crop fails, or a disease affects the number of a certain animal in the web.
