The children had a wonderful time exploring the signs of Autumn around our school grounds. We looked at the different kinds of trees such as Sycamore, Silver Birch and Pine. The leaves were changing into beautiful autumn colours of red, yellow, orange and brown. We also talked about some plants and trees being evergreen. We found helicopter seeds and threw them up in the air. We discovered worm casts too!
