What an amazing end to the year with Gareth. 2C followed a rhythm of jumping, stamping and hitting swimming noodles to accompany Believer and A Little Bit of Love. They showed some excellent timing, coordination and strength!
This year we achieved another Gold award in the school games mark. This award is for commitment and engagement in the School Games for 2022-2023. Thank you to all the children who have represented our school this year you have been amazing, this award is for you!
A team of year 2 children went to the AT7 centre to compete in the finals of the Coventry East multi skills competition. The children competed in 5 events, Runner, Pitcher, Bouncer, Jumper and Thrower. And we won! Congratulations everyone you were amazing!
On Friday the children dressed up as pirates for our end of year ‘Pirate Party’. We had lots of fun walking the plank, playing different pirate games, including pass the parcel and eating pirate cake! Yummy!

This week in Nursery the children have been learning about pirates, the ocean and sea creatures! We began the week by listening to ‘The Aquarium’ in ‘The Carnival of the Animals’ by Saint Saens.
