Ten incredible scientists from Year 4 joined other schools to take part in a science workshop! We learnt all about energy and how it is transferred to make things move. We then used lots of materials to create our own toy, powered purely by our energy when we wind it up. How exciting!

Different groups of children made different amounts of money in as many different ways as they could. They made 10p to start with using 1p, 2p and 5p then larger amounts up to 70p using a greater range of coins. Some groups then represented their findings using part-whole models.
