As part of our Predator topic this term, Eclipse Falconry who are based at Ash End Farm came into our classes with a variety of animals including a tawny owl, harris hawk, ferret and a boa constrictor!
The children found out a lot of key facts about each animal and their adaptations and asked Craig and Megan questions to learn more about each animals diet and whether they were predators or prey.
The children were extremely brave especially when holding the huge snake! We loved the morning and it proved to be a fantastic experience for all. Please see Year Three`s Google classroom for more great photographs!
