Some of the children had fun exploring the frost and ice this week which was a great start to our mini project ‘Winter Wonderland’. We looked at snowy and icy pictures and did some partner talk too!
In Maths the children enjoyed counting the animals that live in cold climates. We thought about the clothes that we wear in the Summer and the Winter and did a sorting challenge!
We used frozen paint ice lollies to do some fantastic colour mixing.
We also learned a penguin dance!
