This week the children have been investigating ice and learning about freezing and melting. They thought of words to describe the ice as they explored how it felt and looked at it close up using the magnifying glasses.
In Maths the children played a game where they had to roll the dice and then print the correct number of circles on an icicle. They then compared their icicles with their friends, to see who had the most and the least. We practised our subitising skills too!
We continued to learn about animals that live in cold climates and kept our bodies fit and healthy by doing some exercises with Andy!
