Prime Number Arrays

During maths, we were using counters to create arrays out of numbers up to 30. We went to the Learning Hub to give ourselves as much room to explore different ways of learning as possible.

We knew that if we were able to create an array that had 2 or more rows then the total number isn’t a prime number but, if we could only make a single straight line with the counters then it is a prime number! We had lots of fun doing this and learnt our prime numbers up to 30 in the process!
