We have been learning about how sounds are made and how they travel. We tried an experiment with a coat hanger and some string. We wrapped the string around our fingers and put our fingers in our ears. The coat hanger sounded really loud when we wrapped the string around our fingers and knocked it on the tyres because the sound waves travel more quickly through soilds than they do through air.
