Science – viscosity

We took part in some activities to investige the viscosity of different liquids.

We put a small amount of each liquid onto a board and watched to see which travelled quickly and which travelled slowly. The most viscous liquids travelled slowly.

We went into the learning hub to look more closely at the liquids and thought of different adjectives to describe them. We also put marbles into the bottles to see how quickly the marbles travelled through the liquids.
