On a very cold, rainy morning Year 3 ventured outdoors to test the volcanoes we made. We made volcano cones out of paper and followed a set of instructions to create a volcano from everyday ingredients you might find in your cupboards at home. We did a scientific investigation to create a reaction that simulated a volcano erupting! It was a lot of fun!
This coincided with British Science Week. We have been learning about how our world is constantly growing, changing and evolving.
